well what kind of job is it? Those questions are not for the random public to answer, they are for you and your boss. Once someone has trained you in how to use them properly, then you will be ready. Air tools like a nail gun are very dangerous and can really hurt, possibly kill you. An impact wrench is not very dangerous, but you can damage expensive mechanical parts if you misuse it. As far as legality is concerned, I don’t think that there are any laws prohibiting you from using garage tools. About the tractor, most places it is perfectly legal to drive one if you can control it, but always remember how easily you could kill yourself or someone else while using it, and be careful.

Most States prohibit any one under the age of 16 years to operate machinery or power tools, (lawn mowers, chippers, etc) while working. This is more for insurance than anything else. So if you get a job I think you will only be able to use hand tools for now. We have two 12 year old here on the farm that can operate most of the machinery better than some of the hired help. We are a family run business and don’t have the insurance problems like other businesses that are required to carry insurance. I suggest you watch the older guy’s for a few years. It sounds like you have a good head on those shoulders. It’s not that you are too young to use them it’s mostly laws and insurance. Nothing says you can’t practice at home with some adult supervision or some one there in case of a problem or accident. It’s always best to have another person with you to call for help in case of an emergency. Keep up the good work and email me back in a few years to do some work for me.

If you are operating the tractor on someone else’s property and the machine is not yours, than you cannot legally operate the machine. If it is your machine, then yes, you can legally operate it.
