What is a good business name for when selling candles, home decor, lawn and garden items, and jewelry?

Tuesday, April 5th, 2011

I am beginning my own business and need a good company name. I am selling a vast variety of products such as candles like jar candles, home baked candles, table top tree tea light candles, lanterns with candles, etc., home decor such as wall candles and their fixtures, lawn and garden decor such as wind chimes, fountains, small statues, and swing sets, all different styles of jewelry, some bath and body items such as hand soaps and body lotions, and other small home and office decor. So I am looking for suggestions for a good company name so I can place them on business cards.

Wind Chimes As Gardening Gifts, You Can’t Go Wrong

    Monday, August 31st, 2009

Wind chimes are a true work of art combined with alluring tones. They are designed for clear melodious tones and long lasting beauty, are enjoyed around the world and provide harmony for any home. The music awakens the spirit and creates a sense of peace and calm. Wind chimes are perfect gardening gifts that fill the backyard with peace and tranquility.

Wind chimes come in many shapes, sizes and designs. As gardening gifts, they can be quite a work of art as well as unique, handcrafted musical instruments. Wind chimes are also made from wood, glass, copper, porcelain, brass and aluminum. Bamboo wind chimes are also very popular. Whatever your style, I’m sure you will find that these gardening gifts compliment any surrounding. They are made to be durable and weather resistant, giving years of enjoyment.

Wind chimes are thought to be good luck in parts of Asia and are used in Feng Shui. In Japan they produce pleasant ringing sounds and are hung by the windows during hot humid summers in order to bring cooling relief. They are hung typically in groups of five or eight. The tubes must be hollow to allow the chi to flow upward. The swaying movement produces light, tinkling sounds, which enable the good chi to settle, thus bringing luck and fame into the home. Wind chimes relieve stress and open emotional blocks within the body.
They enhance energy flow, uplift our spirits and dampen negative influences. If you don’t know the difference between feng shui and chop suey, that’s okay. Wind chimes simply sound fabulous and look terrific.

As gardening gifts to friends, or for yourself, I don’t see how you can go wrong. They are objects of beauty, bringing good luck, peace and calm to our busy lives. Eighty five percent of households here in the U.S.A. have at least one, why not you?  😉
